Premiere Plus Realty Wins 2018 Best Residential Real Estate Agency
Premiere Plus Realty, Co., the largest independent real estate company in Southwest Florida, is shaking up the local real estate community by proving that you can be big and deliver the best customer service. The family-owned and operated company was awarded Best Residential Real Estate Agency by the 2018 Best of Business Awards from Gulfshore Business.
Eric Gallus, Broker and CEO of Premiere Plus Realty says, “We are proud of the hard work our agents have put in this year to make us the Best of Business. We know they are serving their customers well and we couldn’t be happier about our growth in Collier and Lee counties.”
It has been a big year for the company, as Premiere Plus Realty has added over 100 real estate agents, putting their total at 1230 and counting. This is, in part, because of their expansion into Lee County where their unconventional business model is gaining attention. Agents get to keep 100% of their commission, a benefit that most brokerages can’t offer. The rapid addition of agents hasn’t slowed progress though, as they successfully handle over 350 transactions per month.
What makes the company so attractive to agents looking for a brokerage? It’s not hard to figure out. Gallus says, “We promise to keep more money in agents’ pockets while delivering incredible training, resources and support.”
When agents graduate real estate school they are rarely ready to begin their business. Premiere Plus Realty fills that training gap by offering an extensive post-graduate school called MentorEDGE. In this program the students learn everything from contract negotiations to marketing. They also have dedicated brokers who mentor them through the transaction process.
Newly licensed agents aren’t the only ones flocking to the 100% commission company. Seasoned agents from other companies join each month because they are tired of handing over a huge percentage of their commission. They are also given access to incredible marketing tools and software that drives their business.
Premiere Plus Realty is on track to continue their growth into 2019. They currently have six locations from Marco Island to Cape Coral and they’re excited about being in Lee County. Eric Gallus says, “It’s a great time to be a real estate agent with all of the growth happening in Southwest Florida. We look forward to serving our agents and customers for another busy season.”
